TTST 2023 - 2024 SEASON REGISTRATION

Welcome to the Truckee Tahoe Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for volunteer hours, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Development practice levels will fill quickly and are capped at 70. A waiting list will begin after 70 registrations. Waiting list is completed through this registration process to get a time stamp that holds your place in line to join the team when space becomes available. 

Pre-Senior, Senior, and National levels are also capped at 70 but usually have room through the year due to a higher level of swimming ability needed to join these levels.

Training schedules depend on the status of pool availability and could change throughout the season. Truckee Community Pool is our home facility. Pool: Truckee Community Pool, 10939 Truckee Way, Truckee, CA, 96161 phone (530) 550-4406.  Generally we have two training seasons school schedule first day of fall swim practice September 5th, 2023 to last day of TTUSD school year ~ June 21st, 2024, and summer schedule late June 2024 to late July 2024. School year schedule will include all of our 5 training levels in the span of 3 hours in the afternoons 5 x weekly Monday to Friday.

* Subject to change with TTUSD bell schedule and community needs. Show up 10 to 15 minutes before your start time to get ready on deck before swimming starts at times listed below.

Monday to Friday: 

• National, Senior, practice from 2:45pm to 5:15pm
• Pre-Senior from 3:45pm to 5:15pm.
• Both practice groups above should attend practice 5 days weekly 
• Swim meets are highly encouraged at these levels

Monday to Thursday choose two days and email cyrus@truckeeswim.org:

• 11 Over Development from 4:40pm to 6:00pm. *Water time from 5pm to 6pm.
• 10 & Under from 4:40 to 5:45pm. *Water time from 5pm to 5:45pm.

*Summer break schedule late June 2024 - end of July 2024 is subject to change due to snow-days and other changes during the calendar year.

2023 – 2024 registration is open with the official starting date scheduled for September 5th, 2023. If you are having trouble with registration or need to learn what level to start with, please email cyrus@truckeeswim.org. 

Truckee Tahoe Swim Team registrations are available year round, and are valid for the current annual team cycle of September 5th, 2023 to the end of July, 2024.   ALL NEW AND RETURNING SWIMMERS NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE 2022 - 2023 SEASON. Final swim team registration will only be complete with a valid USA Swimming Membership. Cyrus will send out the link to register for USA Swimming upon request by the individual. 2023 USA Swimming Memberships are valid until 12/31/2023. 2024 USA Swimming Memberships will be available in the fall of 2023.
